Its on now! Wall will get done. Submission was made and I got my design selected with 9 others in NZ.
Hastings council was great providing me with the wall space and “pre-approving” my design.
I can’t say the same for Napier council who did not feel the need to engage with me. Hope they will be more forthcoming in the future. We can both benefit.
